The present invention provides a gap adjusting device of a valve which transports fluid such as gas and powder and a valve including the same. The valve gap adjusting device of the present invention includes a device casing installed on a valve housing unit; and a lifting member which is formed on the device casing to be lifted and connected to a link connected to a disc via the valve housing unit. The present invention enables the adjustment of a gap between the disc and a valve ring by lifting the link. The present invention controls a gap between the disc and a valve seat due to the abrasion of inner components of a valve device installed on a hot blast line of a furnace of a steel mill based on the automation without a manual work by a worker, thereby improving the efficiency of operating a line where the valve is installed and obtaining an improved effect of preventing accidents of a worker.
