<p>An organic electro luminescent light emitting display device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a substrate defined by a plurality of pixels; thin film transistors formed in the pixels of the substrate, respectively; a protective layer formed on the thin film transistors for insulating the thin film transistors; a planarization layer formed on the protective layer for flattening uneven portions of the thin film transistors, and including recesses formed at the upper end thereof in each pixel; reflective electrodes formed in the recesses of the planarization layer; anode electrodes formed on the reflective electrodes and connected to the thin film transistors; an organic light emitting layer formed on the anode electrodes; and cathode electrodes formed on the organic light emitting layer, wherein the depths of the recesses vary according to a wavelength of light emitted from the pixels.</p> |
