A phosphorescence material is provided to improve a melting property of a dopant and a miscibility between a dopant and a host, and to form an organic light emitting layer through a vacuum deposition process or wet process. A phosphorescence material has a structure represented by the following formula 1, wherein each of R1 to R10 is any one selected from hydrogen, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-18 alkyl groups, and C1-18 alkoxy groups, at least any one of R1 to R10 is any one of C1-18 alkyl groups containing a carbazole group and C1-18 alkoxy groups containing a carbazole group, M is a transition metal, and n is an integer of 1-4. |
