The present invention relates to a surface protective film and, more specifically, to a surface protective film including an antistatic layer formed by coating one surface of a transparent substrate film with a composition for forming the antistatic layer including polymer binder resins, conductive polymers, and a curing agent. The surface protective film satisfies the following conditions: (a) specific surface resistivity (100 V) of the antistatic layer is less than 10^11 Ω/�� (b) specific surface resistivity (100 V) of the antistatic layer/ specific surface resistivity (10 V) of the antistatic layer is less than or equal to 10; and (c) specific surface resistivity (100 V) of after 100 times of frictions/ specific surface resistivity (100 V) before friction is less than or equal to 10.
