Provided by the present invention is a wrinkled sea squirt cake manufacturing method which is able to distribute a healthy wrinkled sea squirt at a low price for a long period of time without the infection of microorganism and to process the wrinkled sea squirt into a cake form so that men and women of all ages can enjoy to eat. The wrinkled sea squirt cake manufacturing method provided by the present invention includes the following steps of: washing a wrinkled sea squirt with fresh water of 4-6°C; cutting the washed fresh sea squirt; dipping the cut sea squirt in 10 wt% of a vinegar solution for 10 minutes; dipping the cut sea squirt in fresh water of 4-6°C for 5-10 minutes; finely chopping the cut wrinkled sea squirt; adding table salt, sugar, starch, flour, and seasonings to the chopped wrinkled sea squirt and kneading the ingredients; and heating the dough. |
