The present invention relates to a management system for operating and evaluating a clinical simulation practical examination and a method thereof. The objective of the present invention is to perform a simulation practical examination under the same environment as a doctor practical examination center of a National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board, to control the state of the process of the examination remotely, to record and collect the state of the process automatically, and to grade the examination in order to be shared and managed integrally by being liked to an education management system in a university. For this, the present invention provides the management system for operating and evaluating clinical simulation practical examination and a method thereof, which includes: one or more recording systems which are installed at one or more simulation practical examination room comprising a medical treatment equipment in order to perform a simulation practical examination; a switch hub for delivering a remote control signal or examinee information and sai test answer information and simulation practical examination process state image information of each recording system between one or more recording systems and a simulation national examination operating and evaluation management server; and the simulation national examination operating and evaluation management server which registers and stores one or more simulation practical examination information for performing a simulation practical examination per situation type, and collects the examinee information and the sai examination answer information and the simulation practical examination process state image information, and stores the collected information in a database and then manages the stored information by controlling the recording system of each examination room on an examination date and at a start time in a lump, and manages school affairs information integrally by linking and sharing each evaluation data to the education management system in the university. The present invention enables each medical university to operate a doctor clinical simulation practical examination and education management conveniently, by providing the clinical simulation practical examination operation and evaluation management system and the method thereof. |
