In the present invention, provided is a slender pre-tensioned concrete girder characterized in that a pre-stressed concrete girder to which pre-stress is introduced through a plurality of tension members including PS strands arranged to a concrete girder of a cross section, which has an upper flange, a lower flange and a web for connecting the upper flange and the lower flange with each other, in the longitudinal direction includes a shear reinforcing bar which has a main body and head parts disposed at both ends of the main body and is buried in the girder and of which one end of the head parts and a part of the main body are exposed to a concrete floor board pouring space out of the upper flange of the girder. The slender pre-tensioned concrete girder according to the present invention can reduce the cross section of the lower flange and substitute flexural reinforcement by applying high-intensity strands to the tension member.
