Disclosed in the present invention is a riser which prevents fatigue failure. The riser comprises: a steel pipe connected with an oil well on the seabed in order to provide a transfer path to transfer seabed resources, and has a touch down point (TDP); a flexible pipe which connects the steel pipe and an offshore structure in order to provide a transfer path to transfer seabed resources; and a mooring cable which connects a connection unit placed between the steel pipe and the flexible pipe whereby an offshore structure whose length can be changed, changes the TDP of the steel pipe by changing the length. Therefore, the riser can change TDP vulnerable to fatigue failure after the installation in order to prevent fatigue failure thereof. |
