The present invention provides an apparatus for preventing the overcooling of a fuel cell, comprising: a cooling water manifold installed on a fuel cell stack to supply and discharge cooling water; end plates installed at both end parts of the fuel cell stack; and protrusion parts arranged on one surface of the end plates and placed at the end part of the cooling water manifold to reduce the flow rate of the cooling water that flows in and out through the cooling water manifold.
