The present invention relates to a scrap transportation vehicle monitoring system and a method thereof. The scrap transportation vehicle monitoring system comprises a terminal unit which receives start information for an upload area and arrival information for an arrival at a stock area from a driver of a scrap transportation vehicle based on scrap information received from a scrap providing company, and displays the received information such that the driver acknowledges the information; a wireless communications network which tracks a driving trajectory of the scrap transportation vehicle in connection with a position receiving device mounted on the scrap transportation vehicle, and transmits the tracked result to the terminal unit and a central monitoring unit; and the central monitoring unit which monitors the driving trajectory of the scrap transportation vehicle in real time and manages an unloading of the scrap transportation vehicle. |
