A cosmetic composition for hair containing a natural oil which has moisturizing and glossy effect is provided to improve the conditioning effect and stably maintain transparence. A hair cosmetic composition comprises an alkanolamine salt-containing anionic surfactant or glyceryl ester non-ionic surfactant and natural oil as an active ingredient. The contents of natural oil, alkanolamine salt-containing anionic surfactant and glyceryl ester non-ionic surfactant are each 0.01~10%, 1-30%, and 1-10% by weight based on the total content. The alkanolamine salt is the MIPA(monoisopropanolamine salt), DEA(diethanolamine salt), MEA(monoethanolamine salt), TIPA(triisopropanol amine salt) or TEA(triethanolaminate). The alkanolamine salt-containing anionic surfactant is the alkanolamine alkylether sulfate. The natural oil is the animal-originated oil, plant-originate oil, and mineral oil. The animal-originated oil is the squalene or phytosqualan. The plant-originated oil is the sunflower seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, castor oil, soybean oil, or rice brain oil. The cosmetic composition further comprises an anionic surfactant or ampholytic surfactant. |
