The present invention relates to a passenger transportation method for a joint operation of a train and a ferry. More specifically, the said invention relates to a passenger transportation method for a joint operation of the train and ferry which allows a passenger transportation vehicle to travel long distance by separating only the passenger unit from the passenger transportation vehicle for the joint operation of a train and transporting a ferry and then a passenger unit; thereby vitalizing the joint operation of the train and the ferry. The passenger transportation method for the joint operation of the train and the ferry comprises: a passenger boarding step of transporting passengers on board the passenger transportation vehicle to a departure railway station; a vehicle loading step of loading the vehicle transportation vehicle transferred from the railway station on a train using a lift, a vehicle unloading step of unloading the passenger transportation vehicle from the train after arrival at a destination station, and a vehicle transferring step of transferring the passenger transportation vehicle to a destination which is a ferry port.
