The present invention relates to dynamic scheduling method and device in which a scheduling algorithm is applied in consideration of a degree of proximity of an adjacent cell with reference to a measurement report reported by a terminal positioned at a cell edge when scheduling for a plurality of users is performed in a 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) long term evolution (LTE) mobile communications system. The dynamic scheduling device of the present invention detects an arrangement state of an adjacent cell using a measurement report transmitted from a user terminal to a serving base station, and sets a scheduling algorithm to be used for scheduling radio resources according to the arrangement state of the adjacent cell. |
