The present invention relates to partial discharge measurement device and method to reduce measurement time and manpower by measuring partial discharge as a plurality of channels are automatically switched at each setting time. The partial discharge measurement device includes a plurality of sensor units installed at a plurality of channels to detect partial discharge; an automatic switch unit selectively switching the each sensor to detect partial discharge of the channels at each setting time; a portable equipment unit receiving a partial discharge signal measured from the each sensor and analyzing and outputting the partial discharge signal; and a display unit displaying partial discharge information analyzed by the portable equipment unit.
