The present invention relates to a high-speed magnetic resonance imaging method and apparatus. The high-speed magnetic resonance imaging method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of applying gradients which form gradient fields and a radio frequency (RF) pulse sequence to an object; a step of changing a sampling interval; and a step of generating magnetic resonance images at the same time.
