Disclosed are a content downloading system, a mobile communications terminal, a content cache server, and a content transmitting method thereof. According to the present invention, the content downloading system comprises: a mobile communications terminal accessible to a mobile communications network and a Wi-Fi network; and a content cache server receiving at least one content from a web server and storing the same, and generating a content list regarding to a stored content and transmitting the generated content list to the mobile communications terminal, wherein when attempting to download the content, the mobile communications terminal searches whether the desired content to be downloaded is included in the content list received from the content cache server and when the content desired to be downloaded is included in the content list, the mobile communications terminal is connected to the content cache server through the Wi-Fi network to download the corresponding content. |
