The present invention relates to a carry-out apparatus for an automatic vending machine. The apparatus of the present invention includes a housing which has multiple accommodating rails which are arranged side by side in a horizontal direction; multiple spirals which are installed in each accommodating rail of the housing and store products in a space between pitches in an erected state; and a driving unit which rotates the spiral in order to move a product stored in the spiral toward a product discharge hole in order by being combined with the rear end of each spiral. In the discharge device for an automatic vending machine of the present invention, spirals are installed in the housing in a horizontal direction. And it is possible to store a product between pitches of the spirals and to sequentially discharge the stored product.
