The present invention provides a raw material crushing system for manufacturing a firming agent which comprises: a storage silo (10) which stores raw materials; a screw conveyor (20) which transfers the raw materials discharged from the storage silo to the horizontal direction; a ball mill (30) which crushes the raw materials transferred from the screw conveyor all the time; and first and second bucket elevators (40, 50) which vertically transfer the raw materials crushed in the ball mill (30). The present invention can efficiently manufacture the firming agent using the raw material crushing system.
