The present invention relates to a wireless power transfer network and a wireless power transfer method and more specifically, to a wireless power transfer network which wirelessly transfers power using a magnetic field and performs in-band communications through the magnetic field used for wireless power transfer, and a wireless power transfer method using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the wireless power transfer method is performed by a base station in a wireless power transfer network, which performs wireless power transfer using a magnetic field and in-band communications using the magnetic field and comprises the base station that supplies power and one or more electronic components that receive power. The wireless power transfer method comprises a step of broadcasting a request packet including mask information as a magnetic field signal; a step of receiving a response packet which is transmitted as a magnetic field signal by an electronic device corresponding to the mask information among multiple electronic devices receiving the request packet; and a step of transmitting a confirmation packet including address information as a magnetic field signal to the electronic device which transmits the response packet.
