Digital social network trust propagation

A trust propagation system is disclosed that propagates trust data based on established trust relationships. The trust system may automatically propagate trust data between parties A and C based on trust relationships with a common party B. Trust data may include authentication data such as biometric data, encryption data, passwords, etc. that may be used to conduct exclusive communications.

1. A method for propagating trust data in a digital social network, comprising:
determining, by a server, link levels of a plurality of parties within a sub-network of the digital social network; identifying, by the server, common link level parties from the plurality of parties within the sub-network, wherein the link levels of the common link level parties satisfy a link level control criterion; identifying, by the server, a first party and a second party from the common link level parties, wherein the first party does not have an existing trust relationship with the second party, wherein the first party has an existing trust relationship with a third party from the common link level parties, and wherein the second party has an existing trust relationship with the third party from the common link level parties; establishing, by the server, a trust relationship between the first party and the second party based upon the existing trust relationship with the third party from the common link level parties; and propagating, by the server, trust data of the first party to the second party, wherein a link of the first party is viewable to the second party via a link browser of the second party after the trust relationship is established.
