<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of improving reliability by increasing adhesion between an encapsulated substrate and an adhesive layer. The organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting diode which includes a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode which are successively formed on the substrate; a protection layer which is formed on the organic light emitting diode; and the encapsulated substrate which is attached to the front side of the protection layer through the adhesive layer. At least one of four corner parts of the encapsulated substrate has a protrusion part which protrudes while having curvature.</p> |
