PURPOSE: Pine endodermis rice cake flour, a producing method thereof, and a producing method of rice cake using thereof are provided to enable users to provide abundant nutrients contained in pine needles and a fraxinus rhynchophylla extract to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pine endodermis rice cake flour comprises the following steps: crushing rice soaked in water using a crusher; mixing the crushed rice with pine endodermis and pine needles, and crushing the mixture; spraying a fraxinus rhynchophylla extract to the water soaked rice; mixing the pine endodermis and pine needle mixture and the fraxinus rhynchophylla extract mixture; and crushing the mixture using the crusher, and sieving the crushed mixture to obtain the pine endodermis rice cake flour. The pine endodermis rice cake flour contains the rice, the pine endodermis, the pine needles, and the fraxinus rhynchophylla extract in a weight ratio of 1:0.05-0.1:0.01-0.02:0.08-0.12.
