<p>A process for prepg. phosphorate ester cpd. of formula (Rd)3 Y(OR)mOP(=O)(OH)2 comprises (a) reacting polyol with epoxide selected from a gp. of propylene oxide, ethylene oxide and tetramethylene oxide; (b) reacting with acrylate contg. acrylic acid. metacrylic acid and a cpd. of formula CH2= C(Rf)-A-NCO; and (c) reacting with polyphosphorinic acid at 70-90 deg. C. In the formulas, Rd= CH2= C(Ra)C(=O)-O(RO)m or CH2C(Rf)-A-NHC(=O)O(RO)m; Ra= H or Me; Rf= H or Me; R= C2-5 alkylene residue; Y= C1-30 hydrocarbon residue; A= -C(=O) O(CH2)n1 or -CH2OC(=O)NHRg-, n1= 1-6, Rg= C2-10 alkylene residue; m= 1-10; n= 1-3.</p> |
