A binder having a punching function of the present invention comprises a first combination part with an arc-shaped first ring equally spaced and integrally formed at one side of the upper part of a body part; a second combination part combining a vertical axis with the other side of the body part facing the first ring, but having the vertical axis selectively rotated, and forming an arc-shaped second ring equally spaced on the vertical axis to selectively connect or separate the ends of the first ring and the second ring mutually; and a penetration part installed at the body part in the longitudinal direction and at the lower part between the first ring and the second ring for installing a punch at penetration holes equally spaced at the body part to be elevated to punch paper. |
