The present invention relates to an earth resistance reductant for reducing an earth resistance of a floor by being applied to groundings of various building structures, facilities or railways including electric equipment. The earth resistance reductant according to the present invention includes: 3-5 wt% of dispersant as an inorganic filling; 4-6 wt% of silica as a fine aggregate; 0.5-1 wt% of carbon fibers; 3-5 wt% of inorganic slats as a reaction-conditioning agent; 0.5-2 wt% of pulverized metal material having steel powder having diameter of 0.3-0.7 mm, length of 1-5 cm, and average particle size of 2-4 mm; 0.1-0.5 wt% of calcium chloride; 0.1-0.5 wt% of sodium hydroxide; and 80-85 wt% of normal Portland cement. The earth resistance reductant according to the present invention, according to test results measured after 24 hours and 48 hours, has below 10Ωof electric resistance, above 100kgf/cm^2 of compression strength, and above 10kgf/cm^2 of flexural rigidity. Therefore, the earth resistance reductant surely satisfies the earth resistance values required for various building structures, facilities or railways including electric equipment, while also guaranteeing the stability and consistency of the earth resistance performance. |
