The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for judging abnormality of wheel alignment of a vehicle, and the method includes a step of storing the accumulated steering values after extracting a left and a right steering value by a steering angle based on the center steering value corresponding to the center position of a steering wheel; a step of calculating an average steering value from the accumulated and stored steering values; and a step of judging abnormality of wheel alignment by comparing the average steering value with the center steering value and judging the wheel alignment to be abnormal when a difference between the average steering value and the center steering value is greater than a predetermined offset value. |
