PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule or a capsule agent containing ibuprofen (salt) and an antacid, where aggregation of particles during storage is suppressed.SOLUTION: A granule or a capsule agent contains: first particles containing at least one kind of compound (A) selected from the group consisting of ibuprofen and a salt thereof and not-containing an antacid (B); and second particles containing the antacid (B) and at least one or more kinds of excipients (C) selected from the group consisting of carmellose, carmellose calcium, carmellose sodium, carmellose potassium, croscarmellose sodium and carboxyvinyl polymers and not-containing the compound (A), where the mass ratio (B/C) of the antacid (B) to the excipients (C) in the second particle is 1 or less. |
