PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that is able to provide assistance for efficiently improving economical traveling degree.SOLUTION: A travel history is acquired in which an economical traveling degree for each section when a vehicle travels a predetermine travel route is made to correspond to a traveling time zone which is a time zone for which the vehicle travels the predetermined travel route. On the basis of the economical traveling degree and the traveling time zone, a specific deterioration zone, which is the zone in which the economical traveling degree had deteriorated in a specific time zone, is specified, and information about the specific deterioration zone is guided. |
