PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew point meter capable of improving responsiveness and reliability when the dew point of measurement gas is lower than 0°C.SOLUTION: A dew point meter includes a terahertz wave light source (106) which radiates a terahertz wave in a predetermined frequency band to measurement gas, terahertz wave detectors (122A, 122B) which detect a terahertz wave transmitted through the measurement gas, and a controller (110) which calculates the dew point of the measurement gas. The controller 110 calculates the dew point of the measurement gas based upon absorbancy obtained from detected values of the terahertz wave detectors and a calibration curve indicating the relation between the absorbancy and dew point of the measurement gas. |
