PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device for a color filter, that is able to accurately evaluate the color characteristic of a high definition color filter the pixel width of the fine line of which is less than 25μm.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an evaluation device for a color filter, comprising: a transmission light source; a light projection side pinhole; a light projection side objective lens; a sample holder; a receiving side objective lens; and a spectroscopic unit. The area of a measurement spot condensed by the light projecting side pinhole and light projecting side objective lens is 0.5 to 70.0μm. The aperture area of the light projecting side objective lens is 2.0 to 250.0 mm. |
