PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of image quality due to a generation of a truncation error, and improve resolution of a tomogram image to be acquired by a reconfiguration.SOLUTION: The radiation photographing device comprises: a first detector 21A that rotates around a rotation axis 16, has a collimator 26 limiting an incident direction of radiation 19 attached, and has a detector surface arranged obliquely with respect to the rotation axis 16; a second detector 21B that rotates around the rotation axis 16, and includes an area outside an effective field of view of the first detector 21A in a photographing range 22B; and image generation means 12 that images a generation position of the radiation and concentration thereof on the basis of the radiation 19 detected as the first detector 21A and the second detector 21B rotate around the rotation axis 16. |
