METHOD FOR MEASURING TRANSMISSION TORQUE ALLOWANCE OF MAGNET COUPLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure allowance of transmission torque of magnet coupling.SOLUTION: A method for measuring transmission torque allowance of magnet coupling includes: a step S11 of fixing either one of an end of a turbine or an end of a passive side rotational axis so as not to rotate after stopping an exhaust heat recovery power generator; a step S13 of giving a torque load from either the other of the end of the turbine or the end of the passive side rotational axis to either one of a driving side rotational axis or the passive side rotational axis after stopping the exhaust heat recovery power generator; a step S14 of measuring a torsion angle between the driving side rotational axis and the passive side rotational axis when the torque load is given to either of the driving side rotational axis or the passive side rotational axis; a step S15 of determining allowable torque which becomes the maximum value of transmission torque based on the torque load and the torsion angle; and a step S16 of setting an allowable range of the transmission torque based on the torsion angle when the transmission torque reaches the allowable torque.
