PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food analysis device that can appropriately detect a food product and can calculate accurate food information.SOLUTION: A food analysis device 10 includes: a wavelength variable interference filter 5 for dispersing light reflected by a food product into lights of a plurality of wavelengths; an imaging section 123 that images dispersed light of each wavelength and acquires spectral image corresponding to each wavelength; and a control section 16 that acquires a spectrum for each pixel from the spectral image corresponding to each wavelength, detects a pixel including an optical absorption spectrum of water, and detects a plurality of components on the basis of the spectrum of the detected pixel. |
