PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door hole cover device and an automobile door having this door hole cover device, for excellently exhibiting a soundproof characteristic and a heat insulation characteristic to noise and heat incident via a door hole part, by effectively utilizing a film sheet of dispersing a plurality of bubble parts between both films composed of a high polymer organic material mutually provided in a laminate shape.SOLUTION: The film sheet 20e is constituted of both films 25 and 26 formed of a mutually laminated polyethylene resin. The film 25 is adhered to a peripheral edge part of a door hole 22a formed in an inner plate 22 of a door body 20a in its outer peripheral part. The film 26 is laminated on the film 25 by its flat film part 26a. The film 26 also comprises the plurality of bubble parts 26b protruding in a cylindrical shape in the separating direction from the film 25 from the flat film part 26a.
