<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor module the inductance of which can be reduced furthermore, by increasing the region of a blade part.SOLUTION: A semiconductor module 1 includes an emitter electrode 11 and a collector electrode 12, an emitter bus bar 13 connected with the emitter electrode 11, a collector bus bar 14 connected with the collector electrode 12, a first blade 15 connected with the emitter electrode 11, and a second blade 16 connected with the collector electrode 12. The emitter bus bar 13 has a region overlapping the second blade 16, the collector bus bar 14 has a region overlapping the first blade 15, a gap 17 is formed between the emitter bus bar 13 and the first blade 15, and a second gap 18 is formed between the collector bus bar 14 and the second blade 16.</p> |
