摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective initialization means for initialization of a RAM that cannot be handled by regular reset, a circuit block that cannot be connected with a reset circuit, and a circuit in which an abnormal current is generated by latch-up.SOLUTION: The forced initialization circuit of an electronic control device includes a power source current limit circuit that is serially connected between a power source input terminal and the high potential side terminal of a DC power source and controls the limit of a power source current and a power source input terminal ground circuit that connects the power source input terminal with a GND. The power source current limit circuit limits the power source current when an external first operation signal is input into the power source current limit circuit. When a second operation signal is input after the power source current is limited, the power source input terminal ground circuit connects the power source input terminal with the GND so that initialization is performed by internal electric discharge while a voltage maintenance circuit maintains a connection state between the power source input terminal and the GND for a predetermined time. After elapse of the predetermined time, the connection state is released.</p>
