An embodiment provides an ultrasonic transducer which includes a first electrode and a second electrode which face each other; a cell body which are arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and on which multiple gaps are formed which touches the first electrode, a first metal and a second metal, which are electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode respectively; and an insulating divider which divides the gaps into electrically divided cell units.
