PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily present whether or not an irregular work in the case of manufacturing a printed matter is possible.SOLUTION: A manufacturing process management device 20 includes: a process management information storage part 21 for storing process management information indicating the progress situation of each of a plurality of manufacturing processes in the case of manufacturing a printed matter; a condition information storage part 22 for storing condition information indicating conditions under which an irregular work in at least a part of the plurality of manufacturing processes is impossible; a process management information updating part 25 for updating process management information stored in the process management information storage part 21 in accordance with the progress situation of manufacturing; a determination part 26 for determining the possibility/impossibility of the irregular work in the predetermined manufacturing process on the basis of the latest process management information stored in the process management information storage part 21 and the condition information stored in the condition information storage part 22; and an output part 24 for outputting a determination result determined by the determination part 26.
