<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a good image by adjusting a head module in view of impact interference.SOLUTION: A head module adjustment method of an ink jet having an overlapping area where a plurality of head modules having a plurality of nozzles for discharging droplets is connected and adjacent head modules corresponding to the discharged droplets are alternately arranged in order comprises: a step of obtaining, among intervals between droplets poured from the different head modules, a widest droplet interval in the arraying direction of the head modules from the moving amounts of impact interferences attracted to each other by mutual action of the droplets poured from the nozzles of the head modules; and a step of adjusting the adjacent head modules in the narrowing direction of the widest droplet interval. An ink jet head manufacturing method using the adjustment method, and an ink jet head are provided.</p> |
