<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing polycarbonate-based resin fine particles, in particular spherical polycarbonate-based resin fine particles that are suitable for cosmetics, films having light diffusing function, or the like.SOLUTION: In a system in which (A) polycarbonate-based resin, (B) polymer that is different from the polycarbonate-based resin, and (C) ether type solvent are dissolved and mixed, and phase separate it into 2 phases of a solution phase having polycarbonate-based resin as main component and a solution phase having polymer B as main component, spherical polycarbonate-based resin fine particles are able to be produced by, after forming an emulsion, bringing it into contact with poor solvent of polycarbonate-based resin and precipitating the polycarbonate-based resin fine particles.</p> |
