<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain type air bag fitting structure which arranges an air bag body in a state of being folded in a thin-rod shape stably at a specified position by inexpensive means using a simple structure and can prevent appropriately inconvenience of troublesome work of fitting a ceiling material.SOLUTION: A curtain type air bag fitting structure C has a plurality of fitting parts 5 for fitting support pieces 21 of an air bag 2. Among the fitting parts, a first fitting part 5A positioned on the rear side of a vehicle has a structure utilizing a bracket 3 which is protruded from a roof side inner panel 10 to the inner side in the vehicle width direction and is off-set to the inner side in the vehicle width direction relative to a second fitting part 5B adjacent to the first fitting part 5A on the vehicle front side. The off-set causes the vehicle rear side area of the air bag body 20 to undergo such deflection as to be positioned increasingly outward in the vehicle width direction toward the vehicle front side.</p> |
