The present invention relates to a device for measuring residual chlorine of ballast water using an absorptiometric analysis. More specifically, the device for measuring residual chlorine includes: a purging unit for supplying purged ballast water to analysis units; a solution supplying unit for supplying an analysis solution for applying an absorptiometric analysis to the analysis units; and analysis units for mixing the ballast water supplied by the purging unit with the analysis solution supplied by the solution supplying unit to transmit light into the discolored ballast water and to measure and transfer the transmitted light to a controller. The analysis units are multiple in number and the ballast water is induced at predetermined time intervals to perform the measuring of residual chlorine without a delay in time.
