PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction transmission belt capable of suppressing occurrence of abnormal sound and noise at the time of running, in a die molding belt.SOLUTION: In a transmission belt 1 including an extension rubber layer 4, a core wire 2 buried along a belt longitudinal direction and a compression rubber layer 5 having a rib part 6, a substrate layer 7 formed of a thermoplastic resin is laminated on the compression rubber layer 5, a reinforcement fabric 8 having a plurality of openings 8A is laminated on the substrate layer 7, and the substrate layer 7 is exposed from the openings 8A. In the transmission belt 1, the opening 8A has such a curved shape as to cross a corner part 6A of the rib part 6. |
