PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable obtaining a more stable output.SOLUTION: A laser emitting device includes a semiconductor laser for emitting light having a prescribed wavelength, a grating which is provided at the latter part of the semiconductor laser while forming a resonance structure between itself and the semiconductor laser by reflecting emitted light from the semiconductor laser, and from which a part of the emitted light is taken out to the outside as output light, and at least one cylindrical lens provided between the semiconductor laser and the grating so that the light emitting surface of the semiconductor laser and the reflection surface of the grating serve as a confocal. |
