PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter which has a negative feedback circuit which detects a phase deviation correctly from an offset signal.SOLUTION: A phase deviation detection timing generation section 201 generates a start timing signal of a detection segment. An up-edge detection section 202a detects an up-edge timing of a Q component. A down-edge detection section 203a detects a down-edge timing of the Q component. An up-edge detection section 202b detects the up-edge timing of a q component. The down-edge detection section 203a detects the down-edge timing of the q component. A pulse center point detection section 204a calculates a timing of the center point of a pulse signal of the Q component in a High segment. A pulse center point detection section 204b calculates a timing of the center point of a pulse signal of the q component in the High segment. A phase information calculation section 205 generates phase control information on the basis of the center point timing information of the Q component and the center point timing information of the q component to output it to a phase shifter 114. |
