The present invention relates to a flexible display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible display device according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to comprise a flexible substrate; pixels formed in a display region of the flexible substrate; a display driving circuit driving adhered to a non-display region of the flexible substrate to supply driving signals to the pixels; a protective film attached to the flexible substrate for covering the pixels in order to protect the pixels; a polarizing film attached to the protective film; and a transparent adhesive film bonded between the polarizing film and a window substrate in order to bond the polarizing film and the window substrate, wherein the protective film and the polarizing film are spaced part from the display driving circuit by a predetermined distance, and the transparent adhesive film covers the polarizing film and the display driving circuit.
