PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet apparatus, a liquid receiving device, and a liquid scraping method that can scrape a liquid sticking on a liquid reception part from the liquid reception part while suppressing solidification on the liquid reception part.SOLUTION: A liquid jet apparatus includes: a liquid jet head 24 which jets ink; a belt 43 having a liquid reception surface 44 for receiving the ink jetted from the liquid jet head 24; a moisture retaining liquid supply part 47 which supplies a moisture retaining liquid to the liquid reception surface 44 of the belt 43; and a liquid scraping part 48 which scrapes the ink jetted from the liquid jet head 24 and sticking on the liquid reception surface 44 by moving relatively to the belt 43. The liquid jet head 24 jets the ink to a moisture retaining area of the liquid reception surface 44 of the belt 43 to which the moisture retaining liquid is supplied from the moisture retaining liquid supply part 47.
