The invention relates to a device for transporting and installing an arrangement of an offshore wind turbine (5) comprising a raft foundation (9) that comprises a transport ship (18). The transport ship (18) has at least two hulls (19, 19') that extend parallel to each other on longitudinal sides, wherein the hulls (19, 19') are connected by means of reinforcements that extend perpendicularly to the hulls. An accommodating space (A) for the raft foundation (9) is provided in the transport ship (18), wherein there is an opening above the accommodating space (A), in which opening a foundation shaft (10) that is located on the raft foundation (9) and that extends vertically can be accommodated.
