PARTS ALIGNMENT APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a part alignment device capable of highly improving inspection efficiency by transferring parts one by one in a state where the parts are aligned in a row when the multiple parts are supplied to an inspection device for inspecting the parts. The part alignment device according to the present invention comprises a pair of alignment rollers for aligning the parts supplied by a part supply device and a pair of inclined guide plates obliquely arranged on the top of the alignment rollers. The pair of alignment rollers is separated from each other at regular intervals to form an alignment gap therebetween, and is installed in a support frame to be rotated. Each part comprises a body part and a head part with a wider width than the body part. The head part of the parts is aligned in a state of being hung between the pair of alignment rollers by positioning the body part of the parts in the alignment gap of the alignment rollers in a state where the head part of the parts is mounted on the outer surface of the alignment rollers close to the alignment gap.
