<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing winding device capable of cutting off the rotation transmission, and also facilitating its adjustment, in a constant size of torque of relative rotation between a spool and a motor.SOLUTION: In this webbing winding device, when relative torque between a ratchet gear 114 and a base 118 exceeds maximum frictional force between an outer peripheral surface of a projection part 116 and an inner peripheral surface of a recessed part 120, the relative rotation is generated between the ratchet gear 114 and the base 118, and the rotation transmission is cut off. Here, the outer peripheral surface of the projection part 116 is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the recessed part 120 by energizing force of a spring washer 190. Since this energizing force is determined by a screw-in quantity of a male screw part 184 on the tip of a screw 182 to a female screw part 186 formed on a torsion shaft 30, the maximum frictional force can be easily adjusted.</p> |
